Pendant des ann\u00e9es, j’ai exerc\u00e9 comme infirmi\u00e8re dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d’\u00c9tat, convaincue que prendre soin des autres \u00e9tait ma vocation. Mais \u00e0 force de donner, j’ai fini par m’oublier. Le stress s’est install\u00e9, et mon corps a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 parler \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on \u2014 \u00e0 travers des crises d’ecz\u00e9ma qui revenaient sans pr\u00e9venir, r\u00e9sistant aux traitements classiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maman de trois enfants, je jonglais chaque jour entre les nuits courtes, les urgences du quotidien et cette fatigue profonde que beaucoup de parents connaissent sans jamais oser nommer. C’est dans cette p\u00e9riode que j’ai d\u00e9couvert la naturopathie \u2014 non pas comme une alternative \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine, mais comme un compl\u00e9ment puissant pour apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9couter son corps, comprendre ses signaux et retrouver un \u00e9quilibre durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0. L’ecz\u00e9ma s’est apais\u00e9. L’\u00e9nergie est revenue. Et j’ai compris que cette approche, je voulais la partager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon parcours d’infirmi\u00e8re m’a appris \u00e0 observer, \u00e9couter et analyser. En revanche, la naturopathie m’a appris \u00e0 aller plus loin \u2014 \u00e0 chercher les causes profondes des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres plut\u00f4t que de soulager uniquement les sympt\u00f4mes. Aujourd’hui, c’est cette double comp\u00e9tence que je mets \u00e0 votre service, avec rigueur et bienveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ma philosophie de soin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je crois profond\u00e9ment que chaque personne est unique. Il n’existe pas de protocole universel, pas de recette miracle. Ce qui fonctionne pour l’un ne fonctionnera pas forc\u00e9ment pour l’autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon r\u00f4le n’est pas de vous donner des r\u00e9ponses toutes faites \u2014 c’est de vous accompagner \u00e0 mieux vous conna\u00eetre, \u00e0 comprendre ce que votre corps exprime, et \u00e0 trouver ensemble les outils naturels qui vous correspondent vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que vous soyez parent \u00e9puis\u00e9, femme en qu\u00eate d’\u00e9quilibre, ou simplement quelqu’un qui sent que quelque chose ne va pas sans pouvoir mettre le doigt dessus \u2014 vous \u00eates \u00e0 la bonne place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et en dehors des consultations ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je vis au Barp, en Gironde Sud, entour\u00e9e de mes trois enfants, mon mari et de la for\u00eat landaise que j’adore. Cette nature qui m’entoure nourrit chaque jour ma pratique et me rappelle l’essentiel : ralentir, respirer, se reconnecter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
